CMS Alum Wins Scholarship

Paula Alejandra Norato (CMS Class of 2011) was recently awarded the Edward Victor Grant Scholarship at the University of Connecticut. This scholarship is based on "academic excellence, professional potential, dedicated service, and exemplary integrity." Paula is a graduate student in the UConn Department of Public Policy.
