Art, Fear and Fleas

On February 27, the University of Illinois Entomology Graduate Student Association announced the award winners in the 2021 Insect Fear Film Festival Art Contest. CMS 8th grader Bianca Banning won Second Place in the Grades 6-8 category for her work titled "No Fleas Allowed," pictured here. Sixth grader Anna Schneider won an Honorable Mention, and CMS Alum Natalie Schneider won Second Place in the Grades 9-12 category. You can see all of their work on the EGSA site.
