The Physical Education Program of CMS focuses on the enhancement of student health and well-being.  In a friendly and safe environment, the students have the opportunity to develop a positive body image and increase self-esteem.  The program emphasizes incorporating physical activity into the day to reduce the amount of sedentary activity.  CMS students are exposed to a variety of types of movement such as different styles of dance, Yoga, Pilates, aerobics, and stretching.   The major goal of this class is to enrich creative abilities and instill an appreciation of lifetime fitness.
